Geraldine Mash – Commercial Real Estate Agency – Lead Sector Consultant
Geraldine joined Compliance On Demand in January 2025. Until joining the Company, Geraldine was for 16 years the Head of Compliance at CBRE UK, the foremost global real estate brokerage. With over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services and Real Estate Compliance, Geraldine is a well-known figure in the industry. As Consultant Lead focussing on the Commercial Real Estate Agency Sector, Geraldine will be helping us to spearhead the expansion of our services to Commercial Real Estate Agents.
Outside of work, Geraldine is a governor at a local primary and is a strong advocate to expand diversity and inclusion in the workplace specifically for those with sensory disabilities. In her spare time she looks after her granddaughter and is a keen gardener.
