Deborah Lloyd – Solicitor and Real Estate Fund Consultant
Deborah also has over 35 years’ experience as a Real Estate Funds Solicitor and was one of the legal pioneers of the UK real estate fund industry in the early 1990’s. Deborah and Philip were previously partners together in Nabarro. In addition, Deborah is past Chair of the Association of Real Estate Funds and is Deputy Chair of INREV.
Deborah’s focus in Compliance On Demand is as our Real Estate Fund Advisor. Deborah joined the company in May 2022, and brings with her unrivalled knowledge of the real estate fund industry. Deborah also holds roles as non-executive board member of Kames Target Healthcare Fund, a consultant to the fund manager Curlew Capital and deputy Chairman of the University of London’s estate’s committee.
